About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM Advanced Compensation team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting advanced compensation processes within Workday. This role ensures accurate compensation planning, compliance with organizational policies, and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Advanced Compensation modules including salary structures, bonus plans, merit cycles, stock/equity grants, and allowances.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable compensation solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday Advanced Compensation and external systems (payroll, benefits, compliance).
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
- Document compensation processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and administration.
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, merit cycles, bonus plans, equity grants, and eligibility rules.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of HR and Payroll processes including benefits and workforce management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
