About the role
As a Tosca Test Administrator/Engineer, you will make an impact by ensuring the stability, efficiency, and quality of enterprise test automation platforms used across critical client engagements. You will be a valued member of the quality engineering and delivery team, working closely with clients, delivery leaders, engineering teams, and application stakeholders to support high‑quality testing outcomes and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:
• Administer, run, and validate Tosca test cases and modules to support ongoing testing activities
• Manage Tosca DeX machine configurations, sync settings, and troubleshoot environment or execution issues
• Oversee Tosca, qTest, and Vera tool usage, including on‑prem installations and ongoing support
• Handle license updates, renewals, and license server troubleshooting for Tricentis tools
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review requirements, identify quality risks, and improve testability

What you need to have to be considered
Strong hands‑on expertise with Tricentis Tosca, including administration and test execution
• Experience supporting Tosca DeX machines, sync settings, and license server management
• Working knowledge of qTest and Vera, including on‑prem environments
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins and GitHub to support CI/CD‑driven testing processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams

These will help you stand out
• Experience working in Bioinformatics, R&D, Preclinical, or Clinical application domains
• Client‑facing experience, including governance calls, reviews, and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to monitor delivery health, manage risks, and drive mitigation actions
• Experience coordinating across delivery, engineering, and support teams
• A continuous‑improvement mindset with exposure to operational or quality transformation initiatives

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until April 10, 2026
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100– $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
