Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our Kinaxis Implementation team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Generative AI and QA-CAPA practices to drive high-quality impactful solutions in supply chain optimization. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency and delivering measurable value to our clients


Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Demand Planning and S&OP modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse supply chain requirements and design solutions using Kinaxis Supply Planning modules.
  • Implement and optimize Kinaxis Inventory Planning and Optimization for efficient stock management and reduced operational costs.
  • Utilize Kinaxis Demand Planning to forecast and align supply chain operations with market demands.
  • Apply Kinaxis Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to improve decision-making and overall business performance.
  • Leverage Generative AI to identify innovative solutions for complex supply chain challenges and streamline processes.
  • Lead and conduct QA - CAPA (Quality Assurance - Corrective and Preventive Action) processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions for stakeholder clarity and accessibility.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of implemented solutions identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing Kinaxis tools to maximize impact.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain workflows aligned with industry best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance solution delivery.

Qualification -

1. Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Demand Planning and S&OP modules.

2. Strong expertise in Generative AI applied to supply chain problem-solving and process innovation.

3. Solid understanding of QA-CAPA processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

4. Proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals is essential.

5. Familiarity with COTS Products in Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a strong advantage.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.

7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.

8. Proven ability to document processes and solutions clearly for future reference and stakeholder use.

9. Track record of contributing to operational efficiency and business success through innovative supply chain solutions.

10. Ability to train and support end-users to maximize the adoption and impact of implemented tools.

11. Adaptable self-driven and committed to delivering measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
