Job Summary

This role involves overseeing SAP MDM Administration SAP Vistex DMR and Workflow processes while leveraging expertise in Health & Safety and Production Planning within the industrial manufacturing domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring seamless integration of technical and domain skills to drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP MDM Administration tasks ensuring data integrity and system optimization for seamless operations.
  • Oversee SAP MDM Workflow processes ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Health & Safety protocols enhancing workplace safety standards.
  • Provide expertise in Production Planning and Control within industrial manufacturing to optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP MDM processes ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of SAP MDM systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting SAP MDM-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align SAP MDM functionalities with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate workflow processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Train team members on SAP MDM functionalities and best practices to ensure consistent usage.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations minimizing risks and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Utilize domain expertise to drive innovation in Production Planning and Control contributing to the companys operational success. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in SAP MDM Administration and Workflow processes ensuring efficient system management.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety protocols contributing to a safer workplace environment.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Production Planning and Control within industrial manufacturing optimizing operational workflows.
  • Have excellent analytical skills to evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 12 years in the field.
  • Adapt to hybrid work models and day shifts ensuring flexibility and productivity.
  • Commit to maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor team members fostering skill development.
  • Exhibit a results-driven mindset focusing on achieving operational excellence.
  • Possess a strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and their integration with SAP systems.

SAP Certified Application Associate - Master Data Governance Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
