About the role
As an Enterprise Architect – Generative & Agentic AI, you will make an impact by defining and delivering enterprise-scale AI architectures that accelerate digital transformation and business innovation. You will be a valued member of the AI & Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with C-suite stakeholders, AI strategists, solution architects, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and future-ready AI ecosystems.
In this role, you will:
- Define and own the enterprise AI architecture strategy, aligning with business objectives and transformation initiatives
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, from LLM selection and context engineering through to deployment and integration
- Drive innovation through PoCs, pilots, and reusable accelerators, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Establish and enforce AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks to enable responsible adoption

What you need to have to be considered
- 18+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI systems
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent system design
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise AI ecosystems
These will help you stand out
- Experience designing AI governance models, ethical AI frameworks, and regulatory compliance strategies
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Proven ability to mentor architects and scale AI capabilities across teams
- Experience defining agent lifecycle, observability, and interoperability standards
- Strong executive communication skills with experience working with C-suite stakeholders
