Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP SD Consultant to support and enhance sales and distribution processes within the SAP environment. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash operations and system optimization. The position follows a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Manage core Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
- Sales Orders
- Pricing and Billing
- Shipping and Delivery
- Maintain and configure pricing procedures, condition records, and output determination
- Support customer master data and partner functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, ABAP, etc.)
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Support month-end billing and revenue processes
- Create and maintain functional and configuration documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support
- Strong knowledge of:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Pricing and billing
- Delivery and shipping processes
- Experience with SAP configuration and testing
- Understanding of integration with SAP modules (FI, MM)
- Intermediate English (business and technical communication)
Preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD
- Knowledge of invoicing and localization requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing in Mexico - CFDI)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications
- Experience with EDI / IDoc integrations
- Agile / Scrum experience
