Responsibilities
Deliver end to end MAC application packaging solutions that ensure stable deployment of critical healthcare and payer applications across enterprise environments and hybrid workplacesDevelop MSIX application packages that improve reliability scalability and maintainability of business applications used in Medicare and Medicaid claims processing ecosystemsCoordinate closely with infrastructure operations and endpoint management teams to optimize packaging standards and streamline software rollout cycles for payer platformsImplement rigorous testing and validation of MAC and MSIX packages to minimize production incidents and maintain high application availability for claims processing usersCreate detailed packaging runbooks and operational documentation that enable smooth onboarding of peers and consistent execution of deployment procedures across hybrid work settingsAnalyze incident trends and packaging defects to identify root causes and drive continuous improvements in packaging quality and automation efficiencyCollaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure that all packaged applications align with organizational policies and healthcare regulatory expectations for data protectionPartner with business analysts and product owners in Medicare and Medicaid claims functions to understand application behaviors and translate them into packaging and deployment requirementsOptimize packaging processes for payer solutions by leveraging scripting and configuration techniques that reduce manual effort and deployment cycle timeSupport production deployments by troubleshooting packaging related issues and providing timely resolutions that reduce downtime for claims operations and customer service teamsCoordinate with vendors and internal development teams to validate package compatibility updates and configuration changes for complex claims and payer applicationsDocument and share best practices for MAC and MSIX packaging across the infrastructure team to promote consistent standards and improve overall platform stabilityContribute to initiatives that enhance digital experiences for healthcare customers by enabling reliable access to critical applications that support accurate and timely claim adjudication
Qualifications
Possess strong hands on experience in MAC application packaging including creation testing distribution and lifecycle management of packages in enterprise environmentsDemonstrate expertise in MSIX packaging with the ability to design optimize and troubleshoot packages for complex line of business applications used in payer ecosystemsBring practical exposure to Medicare and Medicaid claims processes with awareness of transaction flows coding practices and compliance considerations impacting application behaviorApply solid understanding of general claims operations and payer workflows to align packaging strategies with business usage patterns and performance expectationsUtilize sound knowledge of endpoint management and deployment tools to orchestrate large scale rollout of MAC and MSIX packages in hybrid working modelsExhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills that enable quick diagnosis of packaging failures performance bottlenecks and configuration conflictsCommunicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to explain packaging impacts deployment plans and risk mitigation strategiesDisplay familiarity with healthcare regulatory landscapes impacting payer systems including requirements for security privacy and system resilience without acting as a compliance authorityShow commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on evolving MAC packaging techniques MSIX capabilities and industry trends in healthcare technology infrastructures
