Job Summary
This role focuses on managing policy servicing activities for insurance operations while working in a hybrid night shift environment. The professional will use strong MS Office expertise to analyze servicing data create detailed reports and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high quality service delivery. Experience in auto claims will support better resolution outcomes and operational efficiency for customers and the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end policy servicing tasks by updating records and validating information to maintain accurate and compliant policy data across core systems in a night shift hybrid environment.Coordinate with internal operations teams to resolve policy servicing queries promptly and ensure that customer commitments are met within agreed turnaround times for improved satisfaction.Utilize advanced MS Office skills to prepare structured spreadsheets dashboards and documents that track servicing volumes errors and performance metrics for management review.Analyze policy servicing trends using MS Office reports to identify recurring issues and recommend process refinements that enhance accuracy and reduce rework.Prepare clear and concise policy servicing documentation and process notes to support consistent execution by team members and facilitate knowledge transfer across the function.Collaborate with quality and compliance stakeholders to ensure that policy servicing activities follow internal guidelines regulatory expectations and audit standards.Provide detailed case level support by reviewing inputs validating coverage details and ensuring that updates are correctly captured to minimize servicing discrepancies.Support root cause analysis on servicing defects by examining data sets and case histories and present findings in MS Office formats that enable informed decisions.Engage with auto claims specialists when relevant to align policy servicing actions with claim handling requirements ensuring smoother claim lifecycle and better outcomes for customers.Monitor daily work queues and allocate own tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining responsiveness in a night shift schedule.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights from servicing experiences and helping shape practical changes that benefit the organization and policyholders.Adhere to hybrid work model expectations by maintaining reliable communication presence and documentation practices that keep stakeholders informed despite distributed work locations.Ensure that all interactions and servicing actions uphold the company purpose of delivering dependable insurance support that positively impacts individuals communities and broader society.
Qualifications
Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office applications including spreadsheets presentations and documents to handle large policy data sets and create clear operational reports.Apply solid understanding of auto claims processes when present to interpret coverage details and align policy servicing actions with downstream claims handling requirements.Show consistent experience of six to eight years in policy servicing or related insurance support roles with exposure to structured processes and performance targets.Exhibit ability to work effectively in a hybrid night shift environment by managing time maintaining focus and coordinating with colleagues across locations.Display strong communication and documentation skills to explain servicing decisions and record case details in a way that is easy for others to follow.Maintain high attention to detail and problem solving capability to identify discrepancies in policy data and resolve them using available tools and guidance.Build familiarity with insurance products and servicing workflows to contribute meaningfully to process improvement discussions and implementation.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications in MS Office productivity tools or insurance operations such as a recognized MS Office specialist or insurance operations credential.
