About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - PeopleSoft FSCM to support and enhance enterprise PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise across core PeopleSoft FSCM modules and experience supporting global implementations, integrations, production support, and ongoing business initiatives.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure stable operations, successful project delivery, and continuous improvement of PeopleSoft FSCM solutions.
In this Role You Will
- Support and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), Asset Management (AM), General Ledger (GL), and eProcurement.
- Analyze business requirements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions.
- Develop, support, and maintain integrations and interfaces between PeopleSoft and external enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, batch processing, integration, and production issues.
- Perform production support activities, including L1 and L1.5 support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate deployments, migrations, release management, and environment support activities.
- Support batch scheduling, automation processes, and operational monitoring.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation in accordance with SDLC and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Oracle support, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver project enhancements and BAU initiatives.
- Participate in testing activities, including system testing, regression testing, and release validation.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
- Hands-on implementation and support experience with PeopleSoft GL, AP, PO, AM, and eProcurement modules.
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft integrations and interfaces with external systems.
- Experience providing production support, batch support, and incident resolution.
- Knowledge of release management, deployment processes, and application support methodologies.
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Global implementation experience across PeopleSoft FSCM modules including GL, AP, PO, AM, Billing, AR, Expenses, and eProcurement.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft Fluid Pages and modern user interfaces.
- Strong functional and technical PeopleSoft expertise.
- Experience with application integrations, API development, and batch automation.
- Exposure to enterprise ERP support in large-scale, global environments.
- Experience working within Agile and SDLC delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of Oracle support processes and enterprise application governance.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $64,734 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
