About the role

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will make an impact by leading multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering strategic insights that support business performance and growth. You will be a valued member of the Sales Operations team and work collaboratively with Team Leads, Operations Managers, and senior leadership to ensure operational success and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams, coaching and mentoring Team Leads to ensure their teams meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Implement and refine operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across Sales Operations processes.
  • Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for growth, providing actionable recommendations and performance insights through weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Act as the final point of escalation for complex operational issues, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Team Leads and leadership, translating business objectives into clear and actionable plans for operational teams.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Management experience with a proven track record of leading leaders and managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and maintain high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to respond effectively under pressure.
  • Experience translating business objectives into operational execution plans and delivering strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency and full professional fluency in Portuguese.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and operational performance metrics.

  • Digital Marketing certification.
  • Experience or knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present ideas and business cases confidently to senior leadership.
  • Strategic mindset with experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies at scale.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
  • Experience preparing and presenting business reviews and executive-level reports.
