Purpose:
Troubleshooting, testing and resolving reported production support or data issues.
Maintaining internal and external customer reported questions, problems and resolution following issue management procedures.
Managing a workload of technical support issues on timely basis and providing status to external users and internal staff according to the SLA service level agreement.
Essential Responsibilities:
Working directly with internal and external customers, assisting in resolving their issues while striving to build and maintain strong customer relations and partnerships.
Coordinate and manage multiple implementation projects through production.
Traffic: internal and external communications
Assist with answering routine customer questions and resolving issues.
Work cross-functionally within the organization to keep project deadlines on point.
Provide training to clients on all assigned products; offer on-going training as clients add new providers, practices, and payers.
Follow-up with payers to resolve any enrollment issues for claims, ERAs, and eligibility.
Provide an exceptional client experience.
Experience Required:
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed and team environment as well as excellent problem solving, organizational skills and professionalism.
High school diploma GED Certificate or equivalent- Required.
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong affinity for customer service/people.
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed and team environment as well as excellent problem solving, organizational skills and professionalism
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $46,000 - $48,000 depending on experience and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
