Job Summary

Sr Software Engineer B2 role focuses on designing and delivering robust enterprise applications using Angular microservices Java Springboot and Spring Framework in a hybrid work model. The candidate will drive complex feature development maintain scalable services and ensure high quality code that supports business growth and enhances user experience while collaborating closely with cross functional teams in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex front end features using Angular that provide highly responsive and intuitive user experiences optimized for performance accessibility and maintainability across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Develop and enhance microservices based architectures that enable modular scalable and resilient backend services ensuring efficient communication data integrity and fault tolerance.
  • Apply deep expertise in Java Springboot and Spring Framework to build secure high performance server side components focusing on clean architecture robust exception handling and efficient resource management.
  • Collaborate with product owners architects and peer engineers to refine requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions that align with enterprise standards and long term platform strategy.
  • Optimize application performance across front end and backend layers by profiling critical paths tuning queries refining caching strategies and eliminating bottlenecks to improve response times and system throughput.
  • Implement comprehensive unit integration and component tests to ensure reliability of Angular interfaces and Java microservices maintaining high code coverage and enabling confident continuous delivery.
  • Enforce secure coding practices by addressing authentication authorization data protection and vulnerability mitigation within Angular clients and Springboot services to safeguard customer information and company assets.
  • Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions by providing constructive feedback sharing best practices and helping maintain consistent coding standards that improve overall system quality.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployment build pipelines and environment configuration for hybrid work setups ensuring smooth releases and minimal production disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for APIs service contracts and front end modules so that other teams can integrate solutions efficiently and troubleshoot issues with confidence.
  • Mentor junior engineers through pairing informal coaching and knowledge sharing sessions focusing on modern Angular patterns microservices principles and effective use of Java Spring technologies to elevate team capability.
  • Engage with stakeholders to analyze production issues prioritize fixes and implement sustainable resolutions that reduce incident recurrence and improve reliability of customer facing services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new frameworks tools and techniques relevant to Angular microservices and Spring ecosystems that can enhance productivity reduce maintenance effort and support company innovation goals.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong hands on experience in building enterprise grade applications using Angular including state management modular architecture and reusable components that support complex business workflows.
  • Show proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices with clear boundaries resilient communication and observability so that systems remain scalable maintainable and easy to diagnose.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Java Springboot and Spring Framework including dependency injection data access layers and RESTful services enabling robust and secure business logic implementation.
  • Display solid understanding of hybrid work delivery models and effective remote collaboration using issue tracking documentation and communication tools to maintain productivity and alignment.
  • Apply practical knowledge of relational and or NoSQL databases to design schemas write efficient queries and integrate data persistence with Java Spring services for reliable information management.
  • Utilize strong debugging and problem solving skills to investigate defects performance issues and integration problems across client and server layers ensuring timely and durable resolutions.
  • Leverage familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as continuous integration automated testing and code quality metrics to support predictable day shift releases and stable operations.


Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer and Spring Professional Certification.
