Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive test planning and execution for Adobe Experience Manager implementations to ensure high reliability and seamless digital experiences for end users.
- Coordinate test activities across hybrid onsite and remote teams to maintain consistent quality standards and smooth communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Design detailed test strategies and scenarios for AEM components including templates workflows and integrations to validate functional and non functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain reusable test cases and regression suites focused on user management flows and experience personalization to support ongoing product evolution.
- Oversee defect management including logging prioritization and tracking to closure while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
- Provide clear test progress reports and risk assessments that support timely decision making and help safeguard release schedules and business outcomes.
- Analyze requirements and solution designs to identify testability gaps and propose improvements that strengthen the overall quality of AEM based platforms.
- Guide the adoption of test automation for critical AEM journeys by partnering with automation engineers to increase coverage and reduce manual effort over time.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and business analysts to ensure that test coverage reflects real user management scenarios and experience expectations.
- Validate AEM content authoring workflows and publishing processes to help business teams manage digital content efficiently and safely.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring defects and recommend actionable improvements in development and testing practices to enhance long term stability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the quality organization by sharing best practices and lessons learned from AEM testing engagements.
- Ensure that test activities align with company standards regulatory expectations and industry good practices to protect user trust and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate five to seven years of hands on software testing experience with a strong focus on enterprise digital platforms and content management solutions.
- Possess solid practical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including component validation workflow testing and integration checks across environments.
- Bring experience in testing user management features such as authentication authorization role management and profile handling within digital ecosystems.
- Show familiarity with experience driven design principles and be able to translate them into meaningful test scenarios that reflect real user journeys.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret requirements create detailed test conditions and identify potential quality risks early.
- Utilize effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams in a hybrid setup and ensure shared understanding of quality goals.
- Exhibit awareness of modern testing practices including test automation frameworks for web applications and be willing to support their integration into AEM projects.
- Maintain a structured approach to documentation including test plans cases and reports that provide transparency and traceability for audits and reviews.
- Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and evolving AEM features while keeping focus on delivering dependable releases in a day shift environment.
