About Cognizant Consulting
Cognizant Consulting is where curious minds come together to solve complex challenges and create meaningful impact. Blending industry insight, technology expertise, and the power of AI, we partner with leading organizations to transform the way they work, serve customers, and grow.
About the role
As a Consulting Manager - Business Analyst / Scrum Master, you will make an impact by driving discovery, requirements definition, and agile delivery for GMSx Manufacturing Workstream initiatives, blending strong business-analysis capability with hands-on Scrum Master delivery support. You will be a valued member of the GMSx Manufacturing Workstream team and work collaboratively with manufacturing subject-matter experts, product owners, Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD), and implementation partners, and clients.
In this role, you will
- Lead and document business-process discovery with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and digital stakeholders, translating operational needs into clear user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and partner with product owners to prioritize work based on manufacturing value, feasibility, risk, and release readiness.
- Support the design and validation of future-state workflows for Golden Batch and Connected Worker/OEE use cases.
- Identify dependencies, issues, decisions, and risks; maintain transparent delivery tracking, escalate blockers promptly, and support testing preparation, business-user engagement, training/readiness planning, and site deployment activities.
- Contribute to PAT evaluation through current-state assessment, use-case definition, stakeholder interviews, requirements capture, and benefit/risk analysis.

At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Querétaro, Mexico.
