About the role
As a Service Line Sales Specialist (SLS) for Enterprise Integration & Process Orchestration (EIPO), you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Cognizant's growth across the UK market. You will be responsible for building and expanding strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Cognizant as a trusted partner for integration, orchestration, process automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to sell a portfolio that sits at the heart of enterprise modernization and AI adoption. From cloud-native integration platforms and API management solutions to process orchestration and emerging agentic AI capabilities, you will help leading organizations create the connected foundations required to scale innovation and unlock business value.
You will operate as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on sales leader, shaping and closing complex opportunities while collaborating with solution architects, consulting teams, delivery leaders, strategic partners, and industry executives.
In this role, you will:
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and deliver against ambitious annual bookings targets through a combination of new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Position Cognizant's EIPO capabilities, including integration, API management, iPaaS, event-driven architectures, process orchestration, and agentic AI orchestration, as foundational elements of clients' modernization and AI strategies.
- Lead complex pursuits from qualification through contract signature, orchestrating cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, architecture, delivery, finance, legal, and pricing functions.
- Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, COOs, enterprise architects, and procurement stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on transformation initiatives.
- Structure innovative commercial models including fixed-price, time-and-materials, managed services, outcome-based engagements, and run-and-transform programs.
- Collaborate with strategic alliance partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM, Boomi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Kong, SnapLogic, Solace, and TIBCO to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell opportunities.
- Partner across Cognizant's Industry Business Units, Data & AI, Cloud, Consulting, and Intelligent Operations teams to deliver integrated business transformation solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and opportunity governance within CRM systems and deal-review processes.
- Provide market intelligence, client insights, and competitive intelligence to support portfolio strategy, solution development, and go-to-market planning.
- Represent Cognizant at executive forums, industry events, customer engagements, and strategic partner activities.
