· Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
· Work mode: Hybrid (1 day/week in office)
· Location: Budapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
· Working hours: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00)

What you’ll do:
- Support customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot account, document, template, and billing issues
- Meet SLAs and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Proactively identify product improvements
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year experience in customer service/call center/sales
- Strong communication skills, fluent English + French
- Customer‑first mindset, problem‑solving attitude
- Salesforce experience is a plus
