About the Role
We are seeking a Pega Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery for complex, multi-system initiatives. This role partners closely with IT, Product, and Business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end functional and technical requirements across Pega workflows, data, integrations, security, and system dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end functional analysis for Pega-driven journeys, translating stakeholder needs into detailed functional designs.
- Produce and maintain high-quality analysis artifacts, including current/future state process flows, use cases, data mappings, integration requirements, and non-functional specifications.
- Define functional specifications for Pega data and integration flows, including data models, transformations, and integration patterns that ensure accuracy, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability to requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Communicate key decisions, impacts, and dependencies effectively across delivery teams and stakeholders.

- This role requires onsite presence five days per week at a Cognizant or client office in Columbus, OH, based on current business needs.

Qualifications
To be considered, candidates should have:
- Experience in Agile delivery and project lifecycle management
- Strong business analysis and techno-functional problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Pega data, workflows, and integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $102,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Incentive: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual bonus program
