Job Summary
The GM-IOA Delivery role focuses on overseeing the Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes within a hybrid work model. With a strong emphasis on Record to Report-Accounting the candidate will ensure seamless financial operations and reporting. This position requires 12 to 16 years of experience offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the companys financial integrity and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.Implement best practices in Record to Report-Accounting to enhance the accuracy of financial data.Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all financial activities.Develop and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to foster professional growth and development.Utilize advanced financial software to automate and optimize reporting processes.Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of financial operations.Lead initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of financial data.Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to align with industry standards.Support the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes ensuring a deep understanding of financial operations.Demonstrate expertise in Record to Report-Accounting showcasing the ability to manage complex accounting tasks.Exhibit proficiency in using financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy.Have a strong track record of implementing financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.Show capability in analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights for decision-making.Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
