We are seeking an experienced Fenergo Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Fenergo solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of the Fenergo platform, including client lifecycle management (CLM), KYC, AML, onboarding workflows, and regulatory compliance processes within financial services environments.

This role requires someone who understands Fenergo “inside and out” and can independently drive configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and solution optimization initiatives across enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation activities within the Fenergo platform.
  • Configure workflows, rules, forms, data models, lifecycle stages, and integrations based on business requirements.
  • Act as the primary Fenergo SME for onboarding, KYC, AML, and CLM processes.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Perform hands-on platform configuration, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and enhancement support.
  • Support API integrations and interface requirements with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards across implementations.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and solution architecture.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo platform configuration and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of Fenergo modules, workflows, rules engine, and onboarding lifecycle management.
  • Experience in KYC, AML, CLM, and regulatory compliance processes within banking or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in configuring:
    • Business rules
    • Workflow orchestration
    • Data models
    • UI forms/screens
    • Case management processes
    • Document management workflows
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and engage with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or wealth management domains.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL, XML, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Prior experience in production support and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to cloud-based or SaaS implementations.

  • Recognized as a go-to Fenergo expert within previous organizations.
  • Able to translate business requirements into scalable Fenergo configurations.
  • Comfortable handling both functional and technical discussions.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead critical onboarding/compliance initiatives.
