We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to lead functional conversations, drive process excellence, and deliver real value to our clients. What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • CSA certification (required)
  • 2+ CIS certifications (required)
  • Process expertise in one or more ServiceNow areas
  • Strong background in process engineering and requirements management
  • Agile methodology knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and coordination skills
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (B2 onwards).

What you'll do

  • Deliver workshops, demos and functional sessions with clients
  • Lead requirements elicitation and gathering processes
  • Design, standardize, improve or redesign business processes to enhance service delivery
  • Define and implement measurement, metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Drive continual improvement programs and maintain optimization initiatives
  • Prepare business documentation and support project deliverables
  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams on process-related matters
  • Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and contractual requirements
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
  • Support project leadership and assist with budget management activities
  • Maintain and update all process documentation throughout the engagement
