What you'll bring
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- CSA certification (required)
- 2+ CIS certifications (required)
- Process expertise in one or more ServiceNow areas
- Strong background in process engineering and requirements management
- Agile methodology knowledge.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and coordination skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (B2 onwards).
What you'll do
- Deliver workshops, demos and functional sessions with clients
- Lead requirements elicitation and gathering processes
- Design, standardize, improve or redesign business processes to enhance service delivery
- Define and implement measurement, metrics and reporting frameworks
- Drive continual improvement programs and maintain optimization initiatives
- Prepare business documentation and support project deliverables
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams on process-related matters
- Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and contractual requirements
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams
- Support project leadership and assist with budget management activities
- Maintain and update all process documentation throughout the engagement
