Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Murex TechnoFunctional Consultant with deep expertise in Risk Management modules The ideal candidate will lead solution design configuration and implementation of risk functionalities within Murex ensuring robust risk monitoring control and compliance across multiple asset classes

Key Responsibilities

Risk Solution Design Implementation

Configure and optimize Murex risk modules including Market Risk Credit Risk CVA and Risk Control

Implement risk monitoring and reporting frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements

Functional Expertise

Provide subject matter expertise on risk configuration sensitivities VaR stress testing and limits management

Support Front to Back integration for risk workflows across asset classes FX Rates Credit Commodities

Technical Skills

Develop and maintain Murex risk engines simulation setups and calculation grids

Work on MxML Exchange Datamart and risk data integration with upstream downstream systems

Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning for risk calculations

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with Basel III FRTB and other regulatory frameworks

Implement and validate regulatory risk reporting solutions

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with risk managers traders and IT teams to deliver risk solutions

Act as a bridge between business and technology for riskrelated initiatives

Testing Support

Drive SIT UAT and regression testing for risk modules

Provide Level 3 support for production risk issues and enhancements

Required Skills Qualifications

Murex Expertise

12 years of experience in Murex with strong focus on Risk Management modules

Hands on experience in risk configuration risk control CVA credit risk market risk

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Murex risk engines MxML Datamart and SQL

Familiarity with scripting Shell Python and integration technologies

Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of risk methodologies VaR sensitivities stress testing

Exposure to regulatory risk frameworks and reporting

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants

Preferred Experience

Experience in Murex upgrades and risk module migrations

Knowledge of FRTB implementation and regulatory compliance projects

Exposure to Agile methodologies and cloudbased deployments
