Responsibilities : - Lead the development and enhancement of product features related to Networx - Facets Pricer ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer needs. - Oversee the integration of NetworX and Facets systems to optimize billing processes and improve payer interactions. - Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and implement solutions. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and development. - Develop and maintain documentation for product features ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. - Support the implementation of new product features providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed. - Monitor product performance and user satisfaction using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. - Facilitate training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective use of product features and systems. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can be integrated into product offerings. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all product development activities. - Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering products that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in Networx - Facets Pricer NetworX and Facets with proven experience in product development. - Demonstrate expertise in the Payer and Billing domains with a focus on optimizing processes and systems. - Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. - Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. - Have experience in conducting market research and applying insights to product strategy. - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to stakeholders. - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with advanced certifications.
