Responsibilities : - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust solutions using MSQL and ANSI SQL to optimize database performance and reliability. - Utilize your expertise in .Net N MVC and .Net API to develop and maintain scalable applications that meet business requirements. - Ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities within existing systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve issues promptly ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Work closely with stakeholders in the Claims and Payer domains to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance system stability and user satisfaction. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product offerings and maintain competitive advantage. - Develop comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions to ensure clarity and ease of future maintenance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and technical expertise within the team. - Engage in regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize application performance. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives. - Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing product offerings that positively impact society through improved healthcare solutions.
