Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a hybrid work environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee project scope budget and timelines to ensure successful completion within defined parameters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and change logs.
- Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of CRM processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure effective delivery of project components.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues enhancing system functionality.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new CRM features.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among project members.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM demonstrating proficiency in system configuration and customization.
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Show adaptability and flexibility in a hybrid work model effectively managing remote and in-office tasks.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in CRM technologies.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Business Administration.
