Role Summary:
The Marketing Liaison acts as the central coordination point between the onshore team and the offshore team, ensuring smooth translation of marketing requirements into actionable production workflows. This role drives clarity, accuracy, and operational alignment across all offshore-delivered campaigns, enabling speed, consistency, and omnichannel execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing Service Delivery Lead in coordinating offshore delivery activities, including managing intake, prioritization, and communication with cross‑functional marketing teams.
• Ensure all marketing materials, creative assets, and messaging delivered by offshore teams adhere to Client’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Gather campaign requirements, feedback, and insights from business teams and translate them into clear, actionable instructions for offshore teams.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution by coordinating timelines, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Track campaign progress across channels and keep stakeholders updated on status, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics shared by analytics teams and relay key insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the primary communication bridge to resolve gaps, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment between onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Promotions Specialist to ensure promotional details (pricing, products, weekly offers, etc.) are accurately reflected in all marketing assets.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for process streamlining.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign operations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, & ability to manage timelines, approvals, and multiple tasks at once
• Good understanding of marketing workflows and channels (social, web, promotions)
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment
