Job Summary
The Manager-Bus.Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a focus on leveraging technical skills in Lean Automation and Agentic AI. The candidate will ensure efficient processes and innovative solutions. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation projects by implementing Lean, AI, GEN AI and Automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and execution of transformation strategies within the Life and Annuities Insurance sector to align with company objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while implementing transformation projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of transformation initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with IT ,Business units and Transition team to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Working with Presales to partner on RFPs to drive growth
- Support the development of training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure successful project implementation.
- Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Lean and Automation with proven experience in implementing these technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Six Sigma methodologies with a track record of successful process improvements.
- Have extensive experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office tools for effective communication and documentation.
- Show a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable transformation plans.
- Display excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with a focus on achieving results in a day/night shift environment.
Certifications Required
