Job Summary
The Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience in AI Agents SQL ASP.NET Core .Net Framework fundamentals and Azure. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing software solutions that enhance the companys technological capabilities and impact the Cards & Payments domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using AI Agents and .Net technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide expertise in ASP.NET Core and .Net Framework fundamentals to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure services into existing systems optimizing cloud-based solutions.
- Develop and deploy ASP.NET Core Web APIs to facilitate seamless communication between applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development focusing on quality and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Contribute to the Cards & Payments domain by developing solutions that enhance transaction processing and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in AI Agents SQL ASP.NET Core and .Net Framework fundamentals.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions is essential.
- Familiarity with ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core is required.
- Knowledge of mySQL and database management is beneficial.
- Domain experience in Cards & Payments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
