Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 6-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and modern web technologies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications while adhering to best coding practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint activities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Serverless Architecture.
- Exposure to GraphQL.
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains.
- Relevant Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure).
