Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst role is pivotal in driving the technical excellence of our Tandem systems within the Cards & Payments domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance system performance and contribute to the companys strategic goals. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience focusing on technical proficiency and domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Tandem systems to ensure high performance and reliability within the Cards & Payments domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and enhance system capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies for system improvements focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tandem systems ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Design and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving to address technical challenges and improve system functionality.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection regulations within the Cards & Payments domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance.
- Maintain documentation of system processes and updates to ensure transparency and continuity. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Tandem systems demonstrating technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with the ability to apply this knowledge to system enhancements.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
