With a hybrid work model and day shift the architect will leverage their expertise in SFDC Data Integration Development and Customization to drive impactful projects. Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance customer experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals. - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development techniques to optimize functionality and performance. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Oversee the deployment and testing of Salesforce solutions ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. - Monitor and optimize Salesforce applications to ensure high availability and performance. - Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and competitive. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring successful project execution. - Utilize domain skills in IT business support and engineering design to enhance solution effectiveness and efficiency. - Ensure solutions are designed with scalability and future growth in mind supporting long-term business objectives. - Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce solutions. Qualifications - - Extensive experience in SFDC Data Integration Development and Customization is required. - Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud is essential for enhancing customer engagement. - Domain skills in IT business support and engineering design are highly beneficial. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective solution design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for success. - A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends is important. 9.
