Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment contributing to the companys growth and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software solutions using Java Spring Boot and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain scalable applications on AWS ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Ensure software solutions are secure efficient and scalable.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software that enhances user experience and drives business success.


Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java Spring Boot and JavaScript for developing enterprise applications.
  • Exhibit expertise in SQL and database management particularly with MySQL.
  • Have experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.


Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional Java SE
