Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment contributing to the companys growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software solutions using Java Spring Boot and JavaScript to meet business requirements.
- Implement and maintain scalable applications on AWS ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure software solutions are secure efficient and scalable.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software that enhances user experience and drives business success.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java Spring Boot and JavaScript for developing enterprise applications.
- Exhibit expertise in SQL and database management particularly with MySQL.
- Have experience in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
