Played key role to handle JIRA dashboard updating Jira stories with application information meeting notes and all updates on particular application in the story.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the key stakeholders security teams and other teams for application onboarding requirements gathering
Understand stakeholder requirements and converted the business requirement to user stories for the development team.
Played key role to handle JIRA dashboard updating Jira stories with application information meeting notes and all updates on particular application in the story.
Scheduled meetings with technical teams and downstream app owners to discuss about the application functionality access provisioning and other connectivity roadblocks in application onboardings.
Creating and maintains onboarding flow diagrams functional and other documents whenever it is possible.
Explained the necessity of consolidating access requests to SailPoint IIQ platform and giving details of end to end process of onboarding applications to SailPoint.
Attended stand up meetings to provide latest updates on the stories and discuss any issues involved in application onboarding
Participate in release planning meetings to provide input on development timelines
10 to 14 years of experience in SailPoint / IAM Business Analyst
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving skills
Familiarity with IAM such as SailPoint or any other IAM tools is a plus
