Salesforce Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
• Hands on Salesforce BA with prior experience in E2E successful implementation of project as a BA
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.
• Define data models and relationships to support business processes.
• Work with data architects to design and implement data structures.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.
• Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify and document issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 05/29/2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000– $ 90,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
