About the role
As a Client Partner – Products and Resources, you will make an impact by leading strategic client relationships and driving business and technology transformation across key industry sectors, including Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, Logistics, Energy & Utilities, and Travel & Hospitality.
You will be a valued member of the Nordics Commercial team and work collaboratively with client executives, internal service line leaders, consulting teams, delivery partners, and alliance stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, positioning Cognizant as a strategic partner
• Own end-to-end account performance including P&L, revenue growth, margin optimization, and customer satisfaction
• Identify, shape, and close new, renewal, and expansion opportunities across consulting, digital, IT, and business operations services
• Lead the development and execution of client-specific transformation strategies aligned to industry trends and business priorities
• Drive collaboration across internal teams and partner ecosystems to deliver measurable business outcomes

What you need to have to be considered:
• Strong domain expertise within Products and Resources industries, particularly in the Sweden or Nordics market
• Proven experience building and managing CxO-level relationships and influencing senior client stakeholders
• Experience in Technology enabled business transformation. You can visualize, and design transformational solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies.
• Proven experience in building pipeline, selling and delivering Transformation programs.
• Experience managing P&L and growing complex account portfolios in the range of 25M to 35M USD
• Proven track record of pipeline creation, deal shaping, and closing across multiple service lines
• Ability to lead cross-functional, high-performing teams in a global matrix environment
