Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CyberSecurity Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience in Identity Management and Governance specializing in Saviynt IDaaS. This hybrid role requires expertise in managing and securing identity systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain identity and access management systems ensuring seamless integration with Saviynt IDaaS solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of identity governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and optimizing Saviynt IDaaS to meet business needs and enhance security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement identity lifecycle management processes.
- Monitor and analyze identity-related security events to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and enforce access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of identity and access management systems to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for identity management processes configurations and workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on identity governance best practices and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in identity management and cybersecurity to recommend improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of identity management systems to support organizational growth.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in Identity Management and Governance with hands-on experience in Saviynt IDaaS.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of identity lifecycle management access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address complex identity-related challenges effectively.
- Showcase the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing identity governance frameworks.
- Display a strong commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Bring a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks in identity systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
- Possess a solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to identity management.
