Role Summary
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead acquisition performance optimization for a co brand credit card program. You will own acquisition metrics, drive data led decision making, and act as a key advisor to client and banking partner stakeholders across product, marketing, risk, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the end to end credit card acquisition funnel, from application start through activation.
Lead deep dive analysis of approval/decline drivers, identifying systemic issues and recommending strategic interventions.
Partner closely with issuing bank credit, risk, and operations leadership to improve approval outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Shape and influence product and UX enhancements to reduce friction in digital acquisition journeys.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders based on acquisition performance trends.
Support and influence acquisition strategy for campaigns, growth initiatives, and seasonal demand peaks.
Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring sustained improvements in conversion, approval, and activation rates.
Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance where required.

Required Experience & Skills
Strong hands-on experience in credit cards acquisition, portfolio, or lifecycle management.
Strong hands-on expertise in acquisition funnels, underwriting, and co brand card programs.
Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition improvements.
Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client and bank partners.
Advanced analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
