Responsibilities : - Oversee the design and implementation of analytics solutions using Analytics Hub and Adobe Analytics to support business objectives. - Provide actionable insights by analyzing complex datasets and generating comprehensive reports that align with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure seamless integration of analytics tools into workflows. - Monitor and optimize analytics processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and data visualization. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators and business metrics. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain the integrity and security of analytics systems. - Train and mentor team members on analytics tools and methodologies to enhance their technical capabilities and performance. - Conduct regular audits of analytics systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on analytics strategies and deliverables. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities and offerings. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics techniques for business growth. - Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to analytics tools and reporting systems. - Collaborate with leadership to align analytics initiatives with the companys strategic vision and objectives. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Analytics Hub and Adobe Analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization and reporting techniques to effectively communicate insights. - Have a solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices to ensure compliance and security. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. - Showcase strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging analytics technologies. - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as data analytics computer science or information systems. - Possess strong communication skills to articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. - Demonstrate leadership capabilities in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their potential. - Have experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks for business metrics. - Show a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. - Exhibit attention to detail and accuracy in managing analytics operations and reporting. 9.
