About the role
As a Talent Partner – India, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with Talent Partner Leads, business leaders, employees, and HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll. You will support assigned business units by delivering HR expertise and consulting, executing talent and engagement interventions, and helping leaders and employees navigate key HR processes with consistency and care.
In this role, you will:
· Provide HR partnership for Senior Manager and Associate Director level associates across assigned business units.
· Build and maintain effective working relationships with leaders and employees while providing guidance on HR and business-related issues.
· Drive retention and engagement through regular discussions, town halls, pulse checks, manager huddles, and virtual engagement initiatives.
· Support frontline manager enablement and career management by socializing manager programs, enabling career conversations, tracking progress, and supporting corrective or remedial actions.
· Execute employee life-cycle processes such as merit increase, incentive administration, allowances, and YER grievance support.
· Partner with HR teams including International HR, Immigration, and Payroll to deliver robust HR support for supported groups.
· Manage employee queries and issues related to BAU processes, special initiatives, projects, and life-cycle events through thorough and objective resolution.

What you must have to be considered
· Experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or a related HR function.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Understanding of HR processes across engagement, retention, and employee life-cycle activities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and drive.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
· A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.

These will help you succeed
· Experience supporting manager capability building and employee engagement programs.
· Ability to identify training needs and support development planning for business units.
· Experience working in a structured HR environment with cross-functional coordination.
Work model – Onsite
