Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in ATTP / ICH & knowledge on T&T Solutions related to Tracelink System intergation (L1-L5) and systech Serialization data integrity SAP Fiori Authorization SAP Mobility & Fiori Admin and SAP Fiori to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will play a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise systems and delivering impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions utilizing ATTP / ICH & knowledge on T&T Solutions related to Tracelink System intergation (L1-L5) and systech Serialization data integrity to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of SAP Fiori Authorization to ensure secure and efficient access control across enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP Mobility & Fiori Admin to streamline mobile application integration and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Fiori systems including workflows configurations and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support the integration of cheminformatics and bioinformatics domain expertise into SAP systems to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all technical implementations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Monitor emerging trends in Generative AI and SAP technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices and enhance team collaboration.
  • Drive the resolution of complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Generative AI SAP Fiori Authorization SAP Mobility & Fiori Admin and SAP Fiori with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with cheminformatics and bioinformatics showcasing the ability to integrate domain-specific knowledge into technical solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and SAP technologies.
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical roles with a focus on enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating detailed documentation and delivering technical presentations.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system optimization and innovation.
  • Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team ensuring project success and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Showcase adaptability to hybrid work models and a commitment to delivering high-quality results during day shifts.
  • Display a strong understanding of secure access control and mobile application integration within SAP systems.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leveraging technology to drive impactful solutions that benefit the organization and society.


Certifications Required

  • Good to have: GxP compliance / 21 CFR Part 11 / system validation / UAT and regulatory audits (DSCSA EU FMD) / System intergation (L1-L5)
