About the role
As a Technical Full Stack Educator, you will make an impact by owning the design, delivery and continuous improvement of full stack technology skilling across entry-level talent and Cognizant associates. You will be a valued member of the Corporate Learning & Development team and work collaboratively with the in-house Full Stack Educator ecosystem.
In this role, you will
- Design end-to-end technical full stack learning journeys covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud, testing and DevOps including hands-on labs, capstones and enterprise-grade simulations
- Deliver high-impact classroom, virtual and blended technical trainings through live coding, debugging deep dives and architecture walkthroughs
- Design and execute technical coding challenges, assessments and real-world projects while providing actionable feedback and mentoring plans
- Coach associates from learning to client readiness, reinforcing enterprise coding standards and partnering with business units to ensure learner success
- Track skill readiness and assessment outcomes to improve learning effectiveness and contribute to leadership dashboards
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring five days a week in a Cognizant office in Chennai, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu.

What you need to have to be considered
- Three to six years of expertise in technical facilitation and adult learning principles
- Full stack hands-on proficiency in at least one of the programming languages (like Java, .NET, C#, Python, Mainframe) across frontend, backend, database, cloud, DevOps and testing
- Active proficiency in GenAI tools, AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering and automation frameworks
- Strong technical facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel across Cognizant locations based on training needs

- Experience building AI-enabled learning solutions, apps or agents
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI literacy, responsible AI usage and applied GenAI tools in workplace learning
