We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable business applications within a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role provides the opportunity to work across the full Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, partnering closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to develop innovative solutions that drive automation, improve processes, and enhance data insights. You will play a key role in guiding technical design, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring best‑practice development and governance across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including both canvas and model‑driven apps.
• Build and optimise workflows and automation using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision‑making.
• Integrate applications with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
• Configure and manage data gateways and support platform administration within Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyse existing systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through automation and platform capabilities.
• Design user‑friendly interfaces and ensure optimal user experience across applications.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of applications and integrations.
• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, assigning work and tracking progress across Agile delivery cycles.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and best practice standards.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience developing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse for data modelling, storage, and integration.
• Experience designing complex business applications using both canvas and model‑driven approaches.
• Proficiency in developing Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and integrating with broader Azure services.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Fx formulas and building complex application logic.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform ecosystem integration, including Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience building scalable workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Proven ability to develop interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# for custom development.
• Experience with APIs, connectors, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capability across applications and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business users and present technical solutions clearly.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to estimate effort, manage delivery timelines, and contribute to project planning.
