As a Director – Technology Service Marketing, you will make an impact by shaping and executing the portfolio marketing strategy for Cybersecurity Services. You will be a valued member of the Cybersecurity Services and Technology Marketing team and work collaboratively with Cybersecurity service line leadership, sales teams, analyst relations, partner marketing, and global marketing stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end portfolio marketing for Cybersecurity Services, including strategy, structure, positioning, and messaging
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans aligned with business priorities
- Lead development of differentiated portfolio narratives, value propositions, and market-facing messaging
- Drive analyst positioning and support analyst briefings, evaluations, and competitive insights integration
- Enable sales teams with clear, scalable narratives, pitch assets, and deal-oriented content
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership (building trust and collaboration), Organizational Leadership (driving vision, purpose, and strategic direction), and Business Leadership (client focus, accountability, and delivering results)
- 15+ years of experience in B2B technology or services marketing
- Experience in cybersecurity products, solutions, or services such as cloud security, IAM, data security, application security, or managed security services
- Proven expertise in portfolio marketing, go-to-market execution, analyst engagement, and sales enablement
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization

- Experience working with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC
- Experience collaborating with cybersecurity ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, or Palo Alto Networks
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends, buyer expectations, and competitive landscape
- Ability to translate complex services into clear, outcome-focused messaging
- Experience building thought leadership content, web experiences, and integrated campaigns
