We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a proven project delivery track record and a technical background in Node.js and React.js development. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of web application projects within working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. - Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
- Manage risks, dependencies and blockers; escalate issues proactively.
- Track and report project health via KPIs, burn-down charts and status dashboards.
- Review and validate technical designs, architecture decisions and effort estimates from engineering teams.
- Provide guidance on Node.js backend and React.js frontend best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers on Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and scalability.
- Ensure code quality standards, security practices and CI/CD processes are followed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners and leadership.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
Technical depth in Node.js / React.js should be sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams and review estimates — active coding is not required in the current role.
