About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a proven project delivery track record and a technical background in Node.js and React.js development. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of web application projects within working closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and daily stand-ups.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and blockers; escalate issues proactively.
  • Track and report project health via KPIs, burn-down charts and status dashboards.
  • Review and validate technical designs, architecture decisions and effort estimates from engineering teams.
  • Provide guidance on Node.js backend and React.js frontend best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers on Azure cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and scalability.
  • Ensure code quality standards, security practices and CI/CD processes are followed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners and leadership.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.

11–15 years total; 5+ years in a PM or Technical PM role
Node.js
Hands-on background: APIs, microservices, backend logic
React.js
Component architecture, state management (Redux / Context API)
Azure Cloud
App Service, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Key Vault
Methodologies
Agile, Scrum, Kanban · PMP / CSM / SAFe (a plus)
Tools
Jira · Azure DevOps Boards · Confluence · MS Project

Technical depth in Node.js / React.js should be sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams and review estimates — active coding is not required in the current role.
