ServiceNow Service Bridge Architect
About the role
As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect – Service Bridge, you will make an impact by designing and guiding enterprise ServiceNow solutions that enable secure data exchange, integration, and collaboration across multiple ServiceNow instances. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, business analysts, process consultants, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable, well-governed platform solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Design ServiceNow Service Bridge / Service Exchange solutions to support secure data and access exchange between multiple ServiceNow instances.
- Lead solution design for Foundation Data Sync to synchronize scoped Configuration Item data across instances.
- Conduct Configuration Management Database assessments and provide maturity recommendations.
- Define platform architecture, integration approach, governance model, and technical standards for ServiceNow implementations.
- Partner with business analysts and process consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow architecture, scripting, APIs, integrations, and implementation best practices.
- Assess risk, value, scalability, and supportability of third-party integrations and platform design decisions.
- Support Organizational Change Management and governance discussions to help ensure successful project adoption.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Service Bridge / Service Exchange to connect provider and consumer instances.
- Experience deploying Foundation Data Sync to synchronize scoped Configuration Item data across ServiceNow instances.
- 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience participating in multiple ServiceNow implementations across various modules.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect, ITSM, and CMDB-DF.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, web services, APIs, and integration design.
- Ability to define technical architecture, governance, risk/value considerations, and scalable solution designs for clients.
These will help you stand out
- Additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, or related product areas.
- Experience with IT4IT, ITILv4, TOGAF, or ITILv3 practices.
- Experience implementing Workforce Management and Time Entry as part of the ITBM suite.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, SOAP, REST, JSON, Ajax, CSS, Sass, HTML5, Service Portal widgets, and XML.
- Experience conducting CMDB assessments and developing maturity reports.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $135,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
