Job Summary

Project Manager role in a multinational organization overseeing complex hybrid model technology initiatives in the financial services domain focused on .Net .Net Core and Loan IQ loan servicing platforms. The position manages end to end delivery stakeholder collaboration quality outcomes and risk control while supporting cash management capabilities and ensuring sustainable value for clients and society.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end delivery of enterprise grade loan servicing solutions built on .Net and .Net Core platforms to ensure timely and high quality outcomes for financial services clients.
  • Coordinate hybrid model project execution by aligning onsite and remote teams to maintain seamless communication collaboration and predictable delivery.
  • Plan detailed project schedules milestones and dependencies using structured methodologies to keep loan servicing initiatives aligned with scope budget and timelines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Loan IQ based loan servicing enhancements from requirements through deployment to support resilient and compliant operations.
  • Collaborate with business partners in lending and operations to translate loan servicing and cash related needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
  • Monitor project risks issues and assumptions through proactive analysis and mitigation actions to protect service continuity and regulatory adherence.
  • Guide .Net and .Net Core engineering teams through clear task definitions reviews and progress tracking to maintain code quality and platform stability.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards to safeguard customer data and institutional trust.
  • Optimize resource utilization by balancing workload skill fit and capacity for cross functional project members in a hybrid work model.
  • Coordinate system integration testing user acceptance testing and production validation for Loan IQ and related cash processes to minimize defects in production.
  • Document project decisions solution designs runbooks and lessons learned to enable knowledge reuse and continuous improvement across future initiatives.
  • Engage with operations and support teams to prepare training aids and transition plans that help users adopt new loan servicing and cash capabilities smoothly.
  • Track key performance indicators for delivery quality and customer satisfaction to drive ongoing enhancements in project management practices.


Qualifications

  • possess a bachelors degree or higher in engineering computer science information systems or a related discipline with substantial experience in technology delivery.
  • bring between twelve and sixteen years of progressive experience in project management for large scale technology initiatives within financial services contexts.
  • demonstrate strong hands on exposure to solutions built using .Net and .Net Core technologies applied to complex transactional platforms.
  • show proven experience delivering and enhancing Loan IQ based loan servicing applications within regulated banking or lending environments.
  • exhibit understanding of cash management concepts such as payments reconciliations and liquidity processes supporting corporate or retail banking.
  • display solid skills in project planning estimation budgeting and tracking using recognized frameworks tailored to hybrid work settings.
  • apply practical knowledge of risk management compliance expectations and audit ready documentation required in financial technology projects.
  • communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders by preparing clear status updates dashboards and decision records.
  • utilize modern tools for work tracking collaboration and documentation to keep distributed project teams coordinated and accountable.
