About the Role
Cognizant is seeking an Experience Partner – Retail & Consumer Goods to join the Cognizant Moment team. This role sits at the center of demand generation, blending sales leadership, solution development, storytelling, and client relationship management.
You will partner closely with account teams and clients to identify growth opportunities, craft compelling solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes for leading retail & consumer goods organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Demand Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to retail & consumer goods industry trends
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Partner with clients to define business challenges and opportunity areas
Lead Solution Development
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams
- Shape deal structure, pricing, and overall value proposition
- Create compelling narratives and proposals that differentiate Cognizant
Strengthen Client Relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Build executive-level relationships across sales, marketing, product, IT and business teams
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term account growth
Collaborate Across the Organization
- Align with internal account teams, consulting groups, and service lines
- Orchestrate capabilities across Cognizant to deliver integrated solutions
- Support ongoing client engagements and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client partnership, or solutioning roles
- Background in SI, digital agency, consulting, or account leadership environments
- Experience working with retail & consumer goods industry clients
- Demonstrated success in pipeline development and deal closure
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience across digital experience domains (marketing, commerce, product design, content, platforms)
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of retail & consumer goods industry trends and ecosystem
- Expertise in proposal development, GTM strategy, and sales planning
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Work Environment & Travel
- Remote role with required travel to client sites
- Travel expectation: approximately 20–40%
Compensation & Benefits (U.S. Pay Transparency)
The annual base salary for this position is: $140,000 – $165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
