About the Role

As a Kinaxis Architect & Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Kinaxis solutions, driving architecture strategy and execution across complex implementations. You will play a key role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing supply chain solutions while providing technical and delivery leadership.

· In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Kinaxis implementations, including frameworks, standards, and deployment strategies.
  • Define and drive enterprise architecture and cloud strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across environments.
  • Provide technical governance by reviewing designs, code, estimates, and deliverables to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
  • Support project planning and solution development, including requirements analysis, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to team and business growth through mentoring, talent development, and support for client proposals, RFPs, and strategic partnerships.

Work Model:

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3–4 days per week onsite at a client or Cognizant office in Teaneck, NJ, based on business needs. Cognizant is committed to supporting flexibility and work-life balance through its wellbeing programs.
Work arrangements may evolve based on project and client requirements, with clear communication provided throughout.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 5+ years of experience with Kinaxis
  • Expertise in Kinaxis solution architecture (techno-functional)
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
  • Experience in project, delivery, and people management
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA)

· These will help you stand out:

  • Experience within a consulting environment
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and solution delivery
  • Kinaxis Certified Professional in RapidResponse or equivalent Kinaxis certification preferred Python or cloud data certifications are an added advantage

  • Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
