Job Summary
Serve as a digital marketing specialist for a global technology client planning and executing data informed campaigns that promote software and high technology services across international markets. Collaborate with product sales and creative teams to build compelling messages optimize content for diverse channels and enhance customer engagement for independent software vendors in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across web email and social channels to increase awareness and adoption of independent software vendor and high technology solutions for global customers.
- Develop engaging marketing content that translates complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions tailored to software buyers and technology stakeholders.
- Coordinate with product and account teams to gather solution insights and convert them into digital assets such as landing page copy email messages and campaign briefs.
- Monitor campaign metrics including reach engagement and conversion to identify optimization opportunities that steadily improve performance over time.
- Communicate clearly in spoken English during client calls internal discussions and status reviews to ensure shared understanding of objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with creative and web production teams to ensure that visual and written assets align with brand guidelines and resonate with buyers in the software and high technology sectors.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify themes keywords and content angles that strengthen positioning of independent software vendor offerings.
- Assist in maintaining campaign calendars task trackers and simple reports so that stakeholders have timely visibility into digital marketing activities and outcomes.
- Apply foundational knowledge of software and high technology domains to craft messages that highlight innovation performance and business value for target audiences.
- Support search and social optimization efforts by suggesting relevant topics meta descriptions and call to action phrases that encourage meaningful engagement.
- Engage in hybrid collaboration by balancing remote coordination and in office interactions to keep digital marketing projects moving smoothly without travel.
- Respond promptly to feedback from clients and internal reviewers refining copy and digital assets so that campaigns remain accurate compliant and market relevant.
- Document campaign learnings and simple recommendations that help the team refine future digital strategies for independent software vendor and high technology clients.
Qualifications
- Display strong spoken English communication skills that support confident conversations with international clients and cross functional teams.
- Demonstrate foundational understanding of independent software vendor business models and high technology trends that influence digital buyer behavior.
